I recently migrated my osticket instance from one computer to another. However I am unable to open attachments that were migrated from that old server. It seems like the files are corrupted. I store the attachments in the DB. I can still access the old instance of osticket. Can you provide any guidance on how to be able to access the old attachments? Maybe convert attachments on the old system to the filesystem then move them to the new one?
