Is this possible for the user , they have to login via username and password before reply and check the ticket list.
Current, they can check by ticket ID and register email id with, but I want login via username/email and password

I feel like you would benefit from our documentation:
You can enable the option Client Quick Access (Admin Panel > Settings > Users) to require Users to supply their Ticket number and email address and get an access link via email to login. To further this you can disable the option above it called Authentication Token so that even if they do get a link via email it will not auto-log them in. So they must manually login no matter what.
To directly answer your question, you cannot remove the Check Ticket Status page.
Cheers.
I was expecting user can raise ticket without login but required login to see all the ticket till he raised or reply the ticket.
But this feature is not available I guess
Read my reply again. You an accomplish that.
KevinTheJedi yes, I read you message and even I apply I found user need to signup when create create, but as beginning I am looking user no need to signup when raise ticket but for see the list of ticket he must login via the same email that he given in ticket ,
like freshdesk and zendesk provides
So it seems the flow for you would be to not require registration to create tickets but enable client quick access so they have to get a token via email to click and see the one Ticket; if they have the Ticket Number. You can enable or disable the Authentication Token option. If you enable it they can get a link to access their one Ticket by the link sent to their email when they request it via the Check Ticket Status page. If you disable it they get a link to the Ticket but they cannot access it unless they login. In either case they cannot see their list of Ticket unless they sign in.
So we do have this functionality it just depends on how you want to set it up.
