i set up help topic with properties like the image, but when agent create new ticket, all item (departement, SLA, assign to) not auto fill according to help topic configuration. any idea ?

Those are automations that happen after you create the Ticket. The options on the New Ticket form are so the Agent can override them if needed.

i need ticket show like this image automatically when help topic choose. in order agent know and make sure all route are correct before creating ticket, so no need make it manual by agent or order to minimize failed act especially for new agent with no knowledge about routing. is is possible ?
i think a good approach would be, displaying such thing automatically in the view, when the agent needs a manual setting then they are the ones who will choose after knowing the automatic option that appears.
I have solved this issue by creating another script and this script successfully populates the data based on the help topic automatically. for those who are interested can download the script here [link removed by admin]

I’m glad you made something that works for you but you cannot post hacks or mods here. If you want you can create a fork of osTicket on GitHub and provide a branch with your changes applied and link that once. You must then limit all further communication, support, etc. within your own repo as this forum is for core osTicket and core osTicket plugins. We also definitely do not allow 3rd party download links like Google Drive, etc.
So sorry about this, i'm newbie in this forum don't know about that. i just wanna share a solution for this case only, it may be useful for other.. sorry..
