Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to configure osTicket so that when an employee opens a ticket, their manager is automatically notified — ideally with a copy of the email that the employee receives when the ticket is created. We have multiple offices and multiple employees, so each office has its own manager. The goal is that the correct manager is automatically informed whenever one of their employees opens a ticket. Is there a recommended way to achieve this (via departments, ticket filters, or plugins)?
