I've been reading through various threads. I feel like I'm super close. I have a fresh installation of Ubuntu Server 24.04 and osTicket 1.18.2. Forgive me, but I relied heavily on ChatGPT to get the system going with Postfix, Dovecot, etc. I can email to it and read emails via mutt. The system is sending emails out without issue via our Amazon SES account.
The only thing I'm stuck on is having it read the incoming mailbox. I read through the documentation about firing a cron job manually, but feel like my syntax may be off? When I run it, it's suppose to log to an osTicket.log file, but no data. Here are my details:

Mail settings will NOT go forward with incorrect info, and appear to check out with imaps and port 993:
