Hello,
In the user directory, I have users such as 'John Doe | ABC Company'. That's what they have in their 'From' field, and that's how they get added.
That's fine.
However, when I reassign a ticket or add a collaborator in the Ticket view, this user is shown as 'John Company'.
Is there a way to turn this off?
