I've noticed that, eventually, for tickets to be updated, I have to click on "Admin panel," then click on the "osTicket" logo, and only after that are the new tickets displayed in the list so that users can claim them.
Even trying to refresh the page with Ctrl+F5 doesn't load the new tickets... eventually, I also delete the tickets, log back in, and then list the new tickets.
I check the email inbox, I see that the emails are deleted, which means they were "copied" to the osTicket database, however, they are not displayed in the open tickets, being displayed only after these processes mentioned.
I hope I have been clear in my report!
Well, is there any setting that I might have missed or that I could adjust to try to solve this?
