Hi to all, my apologies for my first post being to try and get information - I have tried playing with the system, but to no avail - I'm afraid PHP is not my specialist area.
I have installed osticket on a hosted PHP server, which runs our main website, and it will allow me to log tickets, and so on. I have made the changes to allow SMTP, and the system is sending emails just fine. The problem I have is that despite setting up the system to receive emails through pop 3, nothing is being picked up by the helpdesk app (I did this by setting the control panel to fetch using Pop3, and also ensuring that the settings for the server details have been entered on the email settings page, please tell me if I've missed something). As the system is hosted on a virtual server, is there something that my ISP needs to run locally for me?
