I have configured the plugin to use authentication via Active Directory, I used the ldapsearch tool to verify the connection, and it worked correctly. Now, when I want to authenticate with an Active Directory user account, it seems that osTicket uses the email for authentication, but LDAP searches for sAMAccountName. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
