My boss has been in osTicket and made changes (broken it) in my absense. osTicket isn't reading the support mailbox any longer and he cannot tell me precisely what was changed. I'm trying to sort the OAuth2 settings again, having generated a new secret etc. When I select the support email address and finally click Allow on the consent page, it just takes me back to a signed out osticket homepage rather than staying sign in to the SCP and showing a success banner. I need to get this up and running before Monday when the schools return.
Please can anyone assist by telling me which logs I should look at to post up here? I'm thinking I might just delete the entire email address and google project and start again.
