Many times, customer wants to schedule support call.
Can there be a plugin/feature to add a button, maybe to the right of Ticket Status pulldown.
Clicking the button would popup of calendar and time dialog, with duration.
Choosing OK, would then attach a calender event file based on some template.
SUMMARY: Ticket # - Ticket Subject
DESCRIPTION would be the contents of the Post Reply window, where the agent should have pasted a zoom or teams link. Maybe also include a link to the ticket and some additional blurbish.
LOCATION could be a fourth field in the cal/time popup, or a new text line that opens when a date/time/duration are set. Could be auto populated with a link found in the Post Reply box; settings defined regex finds a link with zoom.us or teams.microsoft.com etc.
The Post Reply would go the customer, per normal, with the ICS file attached.. but also go to the Agent's email, to be added to the Agents calendar regardless of calendar app.
Has something like this already been created ?
