OS ticketing mail recipent no mail
when someone post a new ticket, I as admin get an email. But when I reply to that email something. User doesn't get an email, but my email is visible in osticketing admin panel. I checked emails and all of that and all is ok, also tested all emails from admin panel all ok. But user can not get an email.
I use v osticketing 1.15.4 (6bd7884)
mysql 10.3.28
php 7.4.33
