so i had 2 popups, one tooltip on main config page, and one for editing forms neither of which showed anything. this was on both modern firefox as an older browser i was testing. no idea why it does this, can it be a bug? im using firefox 144

KevinTheJedi yup, is that a problem? also random question, i was wondering why 17.6 was about 1.4 years after the last release. and when did 1.16 go eol? is that still usable? will that give better compatibility with older browsers?
Yes, if you read the prerequisites for the software you’d see only Apache and IIS are supported out of the box. If you use NGINX you have to go online and find a working osTicket site config. NGINX doesn’t allow for config files in site directories like Apache and IIS so you have to manually add configs yourself.
Also, 1.16.x went EOL the day 1.18.x came out. We only support two major versions at a time. It is never recommended to use an EOL version as they are vulnerable to security issues, they run on outdated prerequisites, etc.
