Hi all,
Most of companies gives technical support to customers like us. There are one more client in customer site for support request.
Related tickets matching full email address but in the same business other clients have similar support requests.
if related tickets match just @[deleted] all customer's client see and reply tickets related by their company.
I mean hakan@abc.com and hasan@abc.com working for same company. Related tickets must match the @[deleted] Hakan and Hasan can see the each other tickets through click to ticket follow link on new ticket alert mail.
Any idea ?
