i read a post about 1.9 not supporting ie8 anymore, so i guess this is the last version that supports it.

Wait.. are you asking if you can still use osTicket v1.8.2?? HECK NO! I mean you totally can if you can run the prerequisites by its not safe at all lol Plus the prerequisites are SUPER outdated these days. I mean PHP 5.3 is ancient now! The latest supported versions are v1.18.2 and v1.17.6 and that’s all I’d recommend. They include the latest security patches available.
