The approval process

I would need advice on the approval process. It would look something like this. I have a request for material that would go to a team, but the team needs to forward the ticket to a supervisor and he will decide whether the ticket is approved to be resolved or rejected, then the ticket would be forwarded back to that team and the team can start resolving it. I need the approval to only be possible from the supervisor. Thanks.

Add the supervisor as a collaborator. They can add the note approve/denied which the team will see and then the team can close out/deal with the ticket.
