Does not return to the main screen

Dear Kevin, I hope you're well.

Please, I need some help.

When I check open tickets or do a search, when I want to return to the main ticket screen, all the tickets don't load. I have to log out and log back in. See attachment.

Do you know how I can fix this, please?

My main screen has 25 tickets, see attachment 2
When I go to my tickets, it shows 10 tickets, see attachment 3
When I click back on the tickets, the system doesn't return to the main screen showing the 25 tickets. see attachment 4
I have to log out and log back in to return to the main screen.

Oh, for that you simply do what you did for the "My Tickets" Queue; as in you simply click the Open Queue now. When you click the Tickets tab at the top it will always bring you to your last visited Queue.

I just click on our logo, which takes me to my default queue which is a custom queue.
