Email issue and several sites

Hi I'm rather new on osTicket but it seems that we have 2 sites that is some how connected. One is osTicket Latest v1.18.2 and Ouath2 plugin.
Then a Awesome osTicket latest.
There are 2 different subdomains but connects to same DB
We started the upgrade on the Awesome system and went all the way to latest version.
The we discovered a second site with an old osTicket version and due to updating PHP the old stopped working (no one new it existed) so we updated to latest version because it interfered with Awesome site.

One of the reason we updated in the first place was that the old mail server broke(RIP) and we moved some mail to MS365 and that demands the Oauth2 plugin.
But we do not need 2 sites, we only use the Awesome because we did not now of the second site until it stopped working and stopped the Awesome to work.
So the question is two parted.
How to get mail to work on both sites(Oauth2) when setting the parameters on one it confirms and then after 1 minute the other site has not inherited the settings and then if you the settings there it authentication brakes ending up with old outgoing settings.
Or is there a way to dismount or delete the old site and just let the awesome live on...

We are not osTicket “awesome”; we are the core developers of osTicket. The theme you are talking about (osTicket awesome) is a mod for osTicket. We don’t support mods so I wouldn’t be able to assist you with the modded site.
If you have two sites connecting to the same database then you have a very customized setup which again we cannot assist with. With core osTicket you have one site/instance per database. But maybe it’s not actually the same db so what you can do is find the directory on the server that holds the “older” osTicket site’s code and look for the include/ost-config.php file. This will contain the database information. You can compare both config files (one from the modded site and one from the older site) and see if they really are using the same one or not.

Yes exactly the same settings, DB, User, pwd etc.
So my question is then what is the best way to "disable" osTicket so it will not interfere with the "Other system"
So again supper thx.

Remove the code from the server and disable the site. Idk how your server is setup so you’ll have to do some googling.
