I'd love to have Dept as another option to set for certain notifications. Right now it appears to only be assigned agent/team with no Dept option, but I would like things like internal activity to be able to go to the whole Dept. I guess a work around could be to just not use depts and make all depts a team but that just doesn't seem intuitive.
