Hello everyone,
I successfully installed osTicket on my webserver. I can connect to staff interface from another computer by "http://osticket.mydomain.org/scp/". I intend to put the server behind reverse proxy, therefore HTTP only (will be solved on proxy). I run DNS server on my LAN to resolve names within it.
I also installed the osTicket Admin app on my Android phone. While being on the same LAN as the server with osTicket and trying to establish connection, it says: "Failed to open TCP connection to osticket.mydomain.org:80 (getaddrinfo: Name or service not known)". I googled a little and got general answer, that there is probably DNS resolution problem on my phone. So I also tried browser on my phone to connect to the osTicket server, which works as well as on my computer, so it doesn't seem to be DNS error.
Does anyone have idea where to look for solution, what would be causing this error?
