Nevermind. It worked after bumped the php.ini memory limit to 512MB. in /etc/php/8.3/apache2/php.ini file
Were you getting a memory exhausted error in your php error logs? (Mostly curious why you thought to increase the RAM incase someone else runs into this same issue.)
I did not see the logs, but I saw this resolved for someone else as well in osticket support forum different trail hence, I did that and it resolved.
