Unable to change a password

Hi there,

I'm currently set up as an administrator on the system and I am trying to send a user a password reset email so they can reset their password. I'm seeing the option appear for a couple of the agents but for the majority there is no option available. I have got the user the enter their details wrong and then try requesting a password reset themselves using the option where they enter in their email which does match the one on the system but no email is coming through. Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be happening?

You are mixing two terminologies: Agents and Users. They are both completely different in our system. I will go off the assumption of Agent unless you correct me.

Do you have a System Email configured with SMTP? If so, have you confirmed SMTP is still working? When you say someone doesn’t have the option what do you mean exactly?

Admin panel -> Dashboard -> Information
the screens you are talking about options being there and not.
