Hello, I'm using osTicket (v1.18.2).



I've created several teams and assigned them to a help topic.
Now I create a help topic, assign this topic to this department, and assign it to the TEAM during automatic assignment. When a ticket is created, the email isn't sent to the team members.
However, if I select "only one agent," the email is sent to that agent.
Now I need to create different teams; some agents are in multiple teams. What do I need to do to send the email to the team?
