Hi, I'd like to "blank out" the Open a New Ticket and Check Ticket Status buttons. I already uploaded it to godaddy via cPanel, and figured out where to edit the backend files. But, I can't figure out where in the code these two sections are? Some people said to go to the index.php, but there's like 6 of them. And it looks like the code was created "piecemeal"/each section of the greater page linked to smaller sections/files. Basically, I just want to use the Knowledgebase for now. Any help would be much appreciated.
