I apologize if this is blindingly obvious but I can't find an answer and don't want to break what we've got working so far.
We're setting up osT with multiple Departments so the Agents in one will be Users in the others. Once we enable AD lookups for sign-in we will use the same account but it's just dependent on the page we're at to determine if we're an Agent or User. There's no problem with an Agent and a User account with the same name and email address?
