Okay, here's yet another thread on this.
I have installed RC4, using the latest PHP and MySQL. Go to logon for Post Install, and using the username/password I setup at install won't let me in. States Auth. Required.
Running Windows 2003 Server, IIS, and used PHP to work with IIS/CGI.
What's the fix???
I've read all the admin/auth posts, and nothing has worked yet.
