You'll need to provide way more information than that. Please post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information. Then explain the steps to replicate the issue in full detail. You can also provide screenshots of the replication process. Then tell us what happens when a file fails to upload - do you get any errors, etc.?
