Missing a tab under OAuth2 Authorization after PHP upgrade

Here is what my current OAuth2 Authorization looks like when I click configure on authentication while configuring the remote mailbox.

Here is how it has looked in the past (there is a token tab).

The highlighting is due to this image being from previous documentation we were using.

This disappeared after I upgraded from PHP 8.2 -> 8.4.6
To my knowledge 8.4.x is supported by osTicket 18.2 so I believed it would go quite smoothly.
Subsequently osTicket is not collecting responses from email replies so I believe these issues are related.
Any thoughts or help is greatly appreciated I could be completely out of my depth here.

If you are missing the "Token" tab then that means you never finished authorizing the email after configuring the OAuth2 information. Once you add all the needed information in the IdP Config tab you then Submit the popup and it should bring you to Microsoft to authenticate as the system email you are configuring. Then once you authenticate and authorize the email you should be redirected back to osTicket with the new Token tab being present if successful.

KevinTheJedi This worked "For the most part" Kevin you really are a Jedi. Ran into a curl error after that which was due to upgrading PHP Aswell followed a pervious thread you were on that suggested a cert was missing in the config. This fixed that. Then ran into an unable to obtain refresh token and found another thread where you provided the solution. Thanks for you hard work. Ultimately, I was able to get the token configured. However, replies via email are still broken. I'm sure I will figure this out eventually. Thanks!!

After you've successfully retrieved an OAuth2 token (verifiable via the "Token" tab being present) you first need to ensure the Remote Mailbox information is correct, the Status is set to Enable, and that it saves successfully. When saving the Remote Mailbox information with the Status set to Enable it will test the authentication against the provided host information. The system will give you an error if it encounters an issue connecting/authenticating or a success banner if everything passes. Once successful you need to ensure fetching is enabled system-wide. Go to Admin Panel > Emails > Settings, set Email Fetching to Enable (leave the "Fetch on auto-cron" checkbox unchecked [disabled]), and Save Changes. Lastly, you need to ensure you have a working and running cron job/scheduled task (depending on what server OS you use - Scheduled Task for Windows and Cron Job for the rest). We have an example on our documentation, though you need to update it to fit your environment (like the path to PHP and the path to your osTicket cron file):
