Hello dear community.
I am using:
osTicket Version v1.18.2 (53339df) — Up to date
Web Server Software Apache/2.4.62 (Debian)
MySQL Version 10.11.11
PHP Version 8.4.11
Since the update to 1.17 and now to 1.18, at least the agents, and I as admin, always have to delete the website cookies and the cache of the page in order to log in.
This is time-consuming and annoying. Is this problem known and is there a solution?
