I have a problem trying to modify an existing ticket by email. I need to see the fields of the custom forms every time when I change the help topics of existing tickets created by email.



I created a help topic within a custom form, but the fields of this custom form can only be viewed by opening a new ticket;

if I open an existing ticket creates by email, I have to select “manage forms”, then the option of “add a new form” option appears. Then I save the changes and after that I must refresh the ticket to be able to see the fields corresponding to that custom form. Now, if I change the help topic, I must repeat all of these steps:



But this only happens with existing tickets received by email, if I repeat the steps with a new ticket I don’t have to deal with this problem.
Is there a way to automatically display these custom Help Topic forms fields when I change the Help Topic without having to perform the steps above for tickets submitted via email?
