
Hello everyone,
I need a way to pull into a dashboard (querying the database) whether a ticket is a recurring one. I understand that if I close it and set it to reopen with a certain status, I can track it. But what happens when it gets reopened again and then closed once more? In the end, my dashboard will still show the ticket as closed.
Where in the osTicket database are all these status change movements stored?
