Can anyone help me, I was trying to look for a way to post reply/create task with checkbox and I saw the radiobutton plugin. But unfortunately, after installing it my page crashed.

Don't install any 3rd party plugins. 9/10 they are hacky and do not work right. There is no way for the system to send a reply based on anything other than the Agent typing a reply in the Reply box and clicking Send.
