The new ticket form shows an 'image' that won't load

I've been doing some configuration work on my company's system, and when accessing the form to generate a ticket, if the user isn't logged in, an "image" is displayed with the CID: k52gqbrvb7l3nu1_2ckropytah9qcpbu.

The problem is that after pressing F12, the 404 error doesn't appear when loading the image.

so, how i can to remove this image from the form?

There isn't one by default so someone must've added it to the Form's Instructions or they modified the code. If they did it through UI then it'll be easily reversible however if they modified the code it'll be more difficult and you'd be on your own.

So you should first check to see if it's in the Form's Instructions. Go to Admin Panel > Mange > Forms and click on the desired form. Then check the Form's Instructions textbox to see if there is any image present; if so remove it and Save Changes. If no image there then check to see if there is an Information field on the form. If so, then click Config and see if the contents contain an image; if so remove it and save changes. If no image anywhere in the form within the UI then someone modified the code and you'd need to reach out to them for further assistance.

unfortunately in my case, there is no image from the form

The other person hasn't been part of the team for a while. The image only appears on the form when the user isn't logged in, so they may have moved some of the code.

Do you know the name of the file I should check for any changes?

I know the ticket is generated in the "open.inc.php" file, but I don't see any changes in this file, so it must be coming from the file that generates the form.

It could be many different places. At this point you just need to scan the code to see. Since it’s custom it’s impossible for me to know where to look.

Well, thanks. I'll look in the files. If I can't find the change, it would be best to reinstall osticket with the latest version.

If it's just codebase modifications then you can simply upgrade instead of re-install.
