Hi everyone, In OST is there a way to stop cascading/quoting previous emails on that ticket thread. Sometimes, after like 30/40 emails, the reply box gets very unresponsive.

Use Strip Quoted reply (Admin Panel > Emails > Settings > Strip Quoted Reply) and make sure you have the default Reply Separator (or a good one that isn't the same as normal content). I will note that some mail clients disregard or mess up the reply separator which can cause this issue.
