can anyone please explain to me the flow of ticket replying client panel what are the orm and functions responsable for it how it works in the database same for attachments and uploaded file how the user can see em in downloadable urls

LOL the code is open-source and available on Github. You can review the code yourself at your leisure. We don't have classes, schools, or anything like that that teaches you the code so you will be on your own.
