My osTicketing system is offline. I’ve looked at The dashboard for osTicket and it says the Upgrader is unable to perform an upgrade. Here is the message I’m receiving:
Error Message: The upgrader does NOT support upgrading from the current patch [5fb92bef17f3b603659e024c01cc7a59]!
From the System log screen, I’m seeing this message that an upgrade is pending.
System upgrade is pending Upgrade Now
After clicking the "Upgrade Now" link, I get thrown back to the screen saying this:
The upgrader does NOT support upgrading from the current patch [5fb92bef17f3b603659e024c01cc7a59]!
From the System log screen, it says the upgrader last ran successfully and applied Patch 83a22ba2-5fb92bef successfully (v1.18) on March 27th this year. The log date information is in the attachment.

I checked the system post upgrade, and was able to login and do things with the product. When I say do things, what I mean is I could go through all the functionality. I upgraded from 1.1.17 to 1.18.2.

I am new to osTicket and it has been working very well so I need pointers to how to re-enable this functionality. Customers have not been screaming but I'd like to fix this before they do. I've attached a PDF file containing screenshots. This is my first support request but please let me know if there is anything else you need. Please help, I'm dead in the water.
Regards,
Kevin
