I have osTicket set up quite nicely to our needs, and frankly I quite like it. Very powerful and works well.
Just have a query on how I might make the queues a bit neater. Right now I have a single top level 'Open Tickets' queue that shows every open ticket from the 10 organisations (each school in our trust). The hierarchy has it so that we've got
Open Tickets
.....Primaries
..........Primary 1
..........Primary 2
.....Secondaries
..........Secondary 1
..........Secondary 2
I would like Primaries to show only the tickets from the primaries, and likewise for secondaries. Is there a way to User / Organisation / Name is not 'value 1' OR 'value 2'.
Have tried assigning a sort of flag to each site using Internal notes, but it just yields no tickets in the queues with this method.
Or any other solution, I'm all ears. Thanks!
