I attempted to add a field to the ticket form. After completing that, I returned to the tickets.php page, but now I can only see the top section with the filters—no ticket information is being displayed.
I've checked the form and confirmed there are no ghost fields. I also reviewed the MySQL database, but found nothing unusual. Developer tools in the browser are only reporting CSS issues, none of which seem serious enough to be causing this level of disruption.
