Hello everyone, I have a question about this version of OsTicket. Some departments are reporting a delay of at least 10 or 15 seconds when changing a ticket's status. The curious thing is that this problem only occurs on certain computers accessing the system, not all of them.
I even tried changing the connection from WiFi/Ethernet to mobile data, and in this second case, there was no delay in changing the status.
Is this a problem that needs to be resolved from the OsTicket database? From the OsTicket software? Or is it a network issue beyond OsTicket's control?
