I think this is big lack,

When you answer for some ticket you can choose signature option between 3 appriopriate options (NONE, MY, DEPT.).

When you do answer and look back in thread history, you have your answer but you do not have info which option of signature you have chosen.

Sometimes it is important to know what was sent to customer exactly (answer + singature) to be sure that complex info was delivered.
