Hi, I having a problem with osTicket oauth2 access token only 2hrs. System are up to date, also did delete email account token, plugin still nowhere to go. Can anyone help to pin point with the issue thank you.

That’s how it works. Access Tokens are valid for 1-2 hours then once expired gets refreshed using the Refresh Token. If it’s not refreshing then you likely have something misconfigured.
