Authentication problem with oauth2

Hello,
I configured the Oauth2 plugin with my company's API and I'm able to authenticate myself the first time in OIDC as a user, but when I log out and try to authenticate a second time, it takes me back to the upload page without being authenticated. I searched the Osticket logs but found nothing. So if anyone can help me find a solution, please let me know.

Well for starters you should always check the system requirements before installing/upgrading. v1.18.2 supports PHP 8.2-8.4 and you are using 8.1. So you need to definitely upgrade PHP and retest.

You should also clear all cache/cookies/sessions, reload the browser, and retest. You can even use an incognito/private window and/or different browser altogether. If it works then it’s a session issue.

Hi, I updated PHP 8.1 to PHP 8.2, cleared the cache, cookies, and sessions. I also tested it in private browsing, but it still doesn't work.

For more information on my problem:
When I log in for the first time in OIDC, it creates the user I logged in with in OIDC in the osTicket User Directory.
So I have to delete the user to be able to reauthenticate in OIDC.

I don't know if I need to modify a config file or the osTicket settings.

I log in as admin to delete the user that was created when I logged in to OIDC. By deleting the user, I can authenticate to OIDC, but I can only authenticate once. After that, it redirects me to the osTicket support page without authenticating me.

Without deleting the user, I have the same problem I mentioned; it redirects me to the support page without authenticating me.

That doesn't really make sense. Again, clear all cache/cookies/sessions, use an incognito/private browser window, and try a different browser altogether.
