When user creates a ticket via email and adds CC's from "example.org" email address this works. Ticket is created and CC addresses are added as collaborators. When user creates a ticket the same way but is using "example.com" or outside org email address, ticket is created but CC addresses are not added as collaborators. Any clue on a setting or something that would be blocking this for the tickets created from external emails?
