some emails are not registered

It's been working fine so far, but over the last month, we've noticed that some emails aren't being registered.

We've tested sending three different emails: test 1, test 2, and test 3. Only two are registered. In the last test, only one is registered.

Updated to v1.18.2. If I send three emails in a row, the third one doesn't register. Has this happened to anyone else? The system moves it from the inbox to all but doesn't move it to the ticket inbox.

I have it configured to move it from the inbox to the ticket inbox.

Have you checked the system logs for any mail fetcher errors?

I've only been getting these errors lately but I don't know if it's related.

That means you have a possible email loop going on. This simply means an email used for fetching is also sending mail to itself or another system email.

Read my reply above. It simply means you have an email loop going on. The headers within the message should help you locate the email in your mailbox where you can go in and stop the loop.

Sorry for taking so long to respond, but I haven't found a solution. I think the problem is with Gmail.
