Hi, I would like to know how to bypass SSL for this Osticket. I want to temporarily bypass this due to login issue after my office have upgraded the SSL certificate. Previously everything was working fine.
Please help me.

SSL has nothing to do with osTicket unless you enabled the setting to Force HTTPS in the system settings. HTTPS redirection is typically done at the webserver level; unless of course you have the aforementioned setting enabled. If you do it would be in the _config table with the key of force_https.
