We have recently completed the installation of osTicket on an Alpine Linux host without any complications. The installation process proceeded smoothly, and we were able to access the application and begin configuring various settings.
However, we encountered an issue while attempting to configure the SMTP server for outgoing system emails. Specifically, when trying to set up the email address used for sending system notifications, the application does not log any errors in the nginx access or error logs. Instead, a modal window resembling a login screen appears, but it is grayed out and unresponsive, preventing any further interaction. The only way to recover is to reload the page, which returns us to the previous state 
As this is our first experience with osTicket, we may not have provided all the necessary diagnostic information. If you could advise us on where to locate additional relevant logs or data to assist in troubleshooting this issue, we would greatly appreciate it.
