Display custom fields on osTicket 1.18.x pages.

I have osTicket version 1.18.2 installed, and I created two custom fields—for example, “ticket.value1” and “ticket.user.value2”—and I’d like these to be listed and visible in every column of the queue at /scp/ticket.php?queue=0
I’d also like them to appear in the ticket details page at /scp/tickets.php?id=00 Which files need to be modified?

The variables refer to dropdown lists created in "/upload/scp/lists.php" and are used in the "Contact Information" form on the page "/upload/scp/forms.php?id=1". Which files or what should I modify so that the staff can see these variables in the mentioned columns?
