While using osTicket (version 1.18-git), I noticed that when editing an existing thread entry in a ticket, there is no option to upload a new image or update a previously uploaded one. Additionally, it's not possible to copy and paste images directly into the edit field (e.g., from clipboard screenshots).
Is this a current limitation of osTicket, or is there a workaround or setting that enables this? The inability to update or paste images during thread entry edits affects our ability to keep attachments accurate and
