When replying to the support ticket, my team has noticed that the reply emails sometimes are not sent out.
This issue occurs randomly.
Please advise.
When I checked from the backend:
Mailer error: Unable to email via SMTP: xxxxxx@xxxx.xxx (tls://smtp.gmail.com:587/SMTP) Cannot issue HELO to existing session
