Template of Exported Data

Hi, could someone help me where could I modifythis column? I need to include the first reply (entry) in the thread, first response (difference between first entry in the thread and date creation of ticket), and the service time (difference between closing and creation of ticket)?

I was able to do this in the server using HeidiSQL, however, I need to have this in the agent panel of SDS in order for users to generate the data without logging in to the server.

We don’t have an option to export any message content in the CSV exports. The data is simply too complex for CSV.
We don’t have an option for first response but we do have last response.
We don’t have an option for service time (you can view that in the dashboard) but you can export the created date and closed date and then manually calculate the difference.
